On April 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tecgroup Joint Stock Company approved to receive transfer of 1,050,000 shares, equivalent to 10,500,000,000 dongs from Truong Thanh Hung Yen Industry which related persons is Ms. Vu Phuong Nga (850,000 shares) and Mr. Phan Van Cuong (200,000 shares).
