-          Stock name: Stock of Gemadept Corporation

-          Stock code: GMD

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of ESPP shares for the year of 2016: 4,324,000 shares. Total issue par value: VND43,240,000,000, equivalent to 1.5% charter capital at the issue time.

-          Number of ESPP shares for the year of 2017: 4,324,000 shares. Total issue par value: VND43,240,000,000, equivalent to 1.5% charter capital at the issue time.

-          Transfer restriction: in 02 next years. Shareholders are allowed to transfer 50% for each year. 

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Issue time: in Quarter 2/2018

-          Purpose: to increase the Company’s working capital.
