Phu Tai Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated May 15, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of exercise of share purchase rights to the existing shareholders:

-          Number of shares registered to issue: 83,599,988 shares

-          Number of shares distributed: 82,085,768 shares

-          Number of unsold shares: 1,514,220 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 1,514,220 unsold shares to 08 investors 

-          Selling price: VND14,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year

-          Payment time: by 15:00, May 16, 2018.
