FTS: Board resolution on dividend payment

FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FTS) announces the resolution of Board of Directors dated May 02, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the cash dividend payment for 2017: 5% on par value (500 VND/share)

2)    Approving to issue shares for the stock dividend payment:

-          Issue ratio: 10% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares.)

-          Number of outstanding shares: 99,376,952 shares

-          Number of shares to be issued: 9,937,695 shares

-          The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit at 12/31/2017.

3)    Record date for the cash and stock dividend payment for 2017: May 18, 2018

4)    Payment date (estimated): June 22, 2018.
