GDT: Board resolution on dividend payment Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (GDT) announces the resolution of Board of Directors dated April 28, 2018 as follows:
The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment for 2017 with a ratio of 70%/par value by stock and cash. In 2017, the Company paid 40% cash dividend. For the remaining 30% dividend, the Board of Directors unanimously decided as follows:
- Paying 20% cash dividend: 2,000 VND/share
- Paying 10% stock dividend:
- Issue ratio: 10% (Those who own 10 shares will receive 1 new share.)
- Charter capital: 149,094,600,000 VND
- Number of outstanding shares: 14,855,850 shares
- Number of shares to be issued: 1,485,585 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 53,610 shares
- Value of shares to be issued: 14,855,850,000 VND
- Total number of expected shares after the issuance (not including the treasury shares): 16,341,435 shares
- Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit.
- Time of implementation: in 2018
- The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional part (if any) will be cancelled.
