FCN: Restructuring some investments

On May 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of FECON Corporation approved to restructure some investments as follows:

1)    Transferring all stake, rights and obligations of the owner FECON Corporation at Institute of Foundation and Underground Engineering to other investor. Time of transfer: in Quarter II/2018.   

2)    Transferring all stake of FECON Corporation at Transport Engineering Design Inc. (TEDI) to other investor. Time of transfer: in May 2018.
