VCI: BODs Resolution on selling the treasury shares

On May 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved to sell its treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of shares registered to sell: 23,500 shares (These shares will not be restricted tansfer).

-   Selling price: 20,000 dongs/share.
