DPM: Notice of Change of Personnel

Petrovietnam Fertilizer And Chemicals Corporation announces the change of personnel as follows:

1)    Electing members of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors: 

-          Mr. Le Cu Tan, Chairman of Board of Directors, was reelected for the next term (05 years), effective from April 26, 2018.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien, Deputy Chairwoman, was reelected for the next term (05 years), effective from April 26, 2018.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh, Member of Board of Directors, was reelected for the next term (05 years), effective from April 26, 2018.

-          Mr. Le Vinh Van, Member of Board of Supervisors, was reelected for the next term (05 years), effective from April 26, 2018.

-          Mr. Luong Phuong, Member of Board of Supervisors, was elected for the next term (05 years), effective from April 26, 2018.

2)    The following members of Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors continue in office:

-          Mr. Doan Van Nhuom, Member of Board of Directors cum CEO.

-          Mr. Louis T Nguyen, Member of Board of Directors.

-          Mr. Huynh Kim Nhan, Head of Board of Supervisors.

3)    The following member resigns:

-          Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa resigns as Member of Board of Supervisors, effective from April 26, 2018.
