FIT: Resolution on the appointment Chairman of the BODs.

On April 27, 2018, The Board of Directors of F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang as Chairman of the BODs in the term (2018-2023) as from April 27, 2018.

The BOD approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Nguyet and Mr. Kieu Huu Dung as Deputy Chairman of the BODs in the term (2018-2023) as from April 27, 2018.

The BOD approved the appointment of Mr. Ninh Viet Tien as Head of the BOS in the term (2018-2023) as from April 27, 2018.
