On April 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company approved to contents as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Huynh Tuan Anh as Director in the term 2017-2022.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to pay for the 2017 dividend in cash:

-          Record date: May 22, 2018

-          Payment date: July 02, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio:  7%/ par value (VND700/ share)
