On April 27, 2018, the Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Packaging Company approved to contents as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved business result in Quarter 1/2018:

-          Revenue: VND427,331 million

-          Profit before tax: VND18,023 million

-          Investment: VND7,692 million

2)    The Board of Directors approved business plan for Quarter 2/2018:

-          Revenue: VND415,000 million

-          Profit before tax: VND20,000 million

-          Investment: VND44,000 million

3)    The Board of Directors approved the election member of the BODs:

-          Mr. Tran Trang Binh: Chairman of the BODs

-          Mr. Pham Van Dieu: Deputy Chairman of the BODs

4)    The Board of Directors approved to positions in BOM in the term 2018-2023:

-          Mr. Pham Van Dieu: CEO

-          Mr. Tran Trang Binh: Deputy CEO

-          Mr. Dang Ngoc Diep: Deputy CEO

-          Mr. Ha Van Diep: Deputy CEO

-          Mr. Nguyen Hoang: Chief Accountant

-          Mr. Hoang Ngoc Luu: Branch director
