VPG: BODs Resolution on bank borrowing

Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Board Resolution dated April 24, 2018 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approved the credit limit and implement related transactions at Agribank – Bac Hai Phong Branch with the limit of VND500,000,000,000 to supplement the working capital and the loan term is about 12 months from the date of signing the credit contract.
