Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2016 by Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces the temporary suspension of VVN stock as follows:
-          Issuer: The Vietnam National General Export-Import Joint Stock Company No.1
-          Securities type: common stock
-          Stock code: TH1
-          Par value: VND 10,000/share
-          Number of shares under temporary trading suspension: 13,539,267 shares
-          Total value under temporary trading suspension (by par): VND 135,392,670,000
-          Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
-          Effective date: 27/04/2018
-          Reason: Shareholders' equity in audited Reviewd FS 2017 was negative. According to Point b, Item 1, Article 32 of the Trading Regulation, the stock is put under restriction
Hanoi Stock Exchange will notify when the stock is allowed to be traded again after the company remedies the cause for being put under trading restriction.
