Song Ba Joint Stock Company announces the change of representative of Central Power Corporation (short name: EVNCPC) at Song Ba Joint Stock Company:

1)    To approve the resignation of Mr. Pham Sy Huan as the representative for the stake of Central Power Corporation at Song Ba Joint Stock Company;

2)    To authorize Mr. Dinh Chau Hieu Thien as the representative for the stake of Central Power Corporation at Song Ba Joint Stock Company, managing 39.09% charter capital.
