PJT: Change of personnel

Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Van Ky and Mr. Phan Van Cau as members of the BOD.

-          Mr. Phan Van Ky and Mr. Dam Trong Nghia was appointed as members of the BOD.

-          Mr. Pham Viet Khoa was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from April 10, 2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Phan Van Ky as the legal representative and the authorized information disclosure staff as from April 10, 2018.

-          Ms. Dang Thi Xuan Huong was appointed as the legal representative and the authorized information disclosure staff as from April 10, 2018.
