RAL: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors approved to pay for the second phase of 2017 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  April 09, 2018

-          Payment date: April 27, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
