Based on Decision No.09/2018/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 04, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the stock issuance to pay dividend document, including the following documents:

-          Report on the stock issuance to pay dividend.

-          Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved to issue shares for dividend payment.

-          BODs Resolution approved the stock issuance document.

-          BODs Resolution on planning the stock issuance.

-          Audited consolidated and separate financial statements in 2017.

-          Other documents.
