PDR: Approving the stock issuance to pay dividend plan

Based on Decision No.08/2018/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 04, 2018, the Board of Directors of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved to plan for the stock issuance to pay dividend for existing shareholders as follows:

-          Stock name: Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp

-          Stock code: PDR

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 44,398,184 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 443,981,840,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 5:1 (Shareholder who owns 05 shares will receive 01 new share.)

-          These shares will not be restricted transfer.

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q2.2018.
