-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Phung Ngoc Son as Member of Board of Directors.

-          The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quang Trong as Member of Board of Supervisors.

-          The Board of Directors nominated Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, CEO, as a candidate for the post of Member of the Board of Directors.
