-          Mr. Le Quang Phuc, Member of Board of Directors, will resign his post as Chairman of Board of Directors of Green City Services Joint Stock Company.

-          Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Member of Board of Supervisors, will resign her post as CEO of Green City Services Joint Stock Company.
