On 12/04/2018, Saigon Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company announced notice on holding the 2018 Annual General Shareholders Meeting as follows:

2. Location: ARC EN CIEL Thien Hong Hotel, 52-56 Tan Da Street, Ward 10, District 5, HCM City
3. Main content: the 2018 Annual General Shareholders Meeting
4. Conditions for attendance
All shareholders named in the shareholder list as of 0904/2018 have the right to attend the 2018 Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
5. Meeting documents
Please view and download the meeting documents on the Company's website: http://giaothongsaigon.com.vn from 12/04/2018.
6. Confirming attendance
To create convenient conditions for organizing the meeting, shareholders should confirm the attendance or the attendance authorization by sending letter to the address: 132 Dao Duy Tu Street, Ward 6, District 10, HCM City (Department of Organization and Administration), faxing to (028) 3855 8649 or sending scan to email: quygtsg@gmail.com before 3pm - 20 Apr 2018. When attending the meeting, please bring the original (if not sending to the Company).
