VNE: Board approves to invest more in subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to invest additional VND148,100,000,000 in its subsidiary VNECO Hue Green Tourism Joint Stock Company.

After the capital contribution, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation will own VND207,038,000,000, equivalent to 20,703,800 shares or 99.54% charter capital of the subsidiary.
