CNT: Extension of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018

On 10/04/2018, Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company announced the extension of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018 as follows:
Based on Clause 2, Article 136 of Enpterprise Law and Dispatch No. 3249/BKH-PTDN issued on 14/05/2007 by Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Exten Construction And Materials Trading Joint Stock Company was approved to extended the annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2018. However, the extension should not over 06 months from the finishing date of the previous fiscal year
