Power Construction Joint Stock Company announces the use of capital from private offering as follows:  

1)    Result of private placement:

-          Name of stock: Stock of Power Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Quantity of shares for the public offering: 11,480,718 shares

-          Total net mobilized capital: VND378,793,694,000

-          Beginning date: September 06, 2016

-          Ending date: September 10, 2016

2)    Plan of capital use: 

-          Plan: The proceeds from private placement will be used to invest in Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Project. 

-          Project progress:

• The proceeds which was disbursed to Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Project until the present: VND375,248,108,352.
• The remaining proceeds: VND3,545,585,648.
• Bao Lam 3 Hydropower Project was finished and went into operation from December 2017.
