BCG: Capital contribution to set up BCG Land

On March 07, 2018, Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.09/2018/NQ-HĐQT-BCG regarding the capital contribution to set up BCG Land Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

-          Charter capital: VND600,000,000,000; BCG contributed VND375,000,000,000, equivalent to 62.5% charter capital of BCG Land JSC.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam as the representative of stake of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company in BCG Land Joint Stock Company.
