On March 14, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.350/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (stock code: LBM) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: April 03, 2018 

-        Record date: April 04, 2018                       

-        Purpose: to organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the second installment of dividend for 2017.

a)    The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Meeting date:  April 21, 2018  
• Meeting venue: The meeting venue will be announced in invitation letters.

b)    The second installment of dividend for 2017:
