SVI: Record date for Annual General Meeting & Dividend Payment

On March 14, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.344/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Bien Hoa Packaging Company (stock code: SVI) as follows:

-        Ex-right date: March 27, 2018 

-        Record date: March 28, 2018                    

-        Purpose: to organize the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the third installment of dividend for 2017.

1)    The 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

• Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
• Meeting date:  April 20, 2018  
• Meeting venue: Co Dau Restaurant, Huynh Van Nghe, Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province.

2)    The third installment of dividend for 2017:

• Exercise ratio: 50%/par value (VND5,000 for a share)
• Payment date: September 15, 2018
