KHP: Board approves to sign an agreement with EVNCPC

The Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHP) approved the signing of commitment agreement between Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company and Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) regarding the reception of grid assets formed from the distribution efficiency project in Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province from EVNCPC.

Accordingly, KHP will pay a principal of 3,892,236,430 dongs to EVNCPC after the agreement takes effect. Besides, KHP will periodically transfer EVNCPC for the principal and interest of WB loan so that EVNCPC will pay to the Ministry of Finance.
