HBC: HBC wins new construction projects

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation has won new construction packages worth VND1,411 billion, including the following projects:

1)    Package: Condotel Wyndham Soleil Anh Duong Da Nang

-          Investor: Vietnam An Thinh PPC Infrastructure Development and Investment JSC (PPCAT).

-          Address: Son Tra District, Da Nang

-          Total value: 615 billion dongs.

2)    Package: Prime Nature Resort (Prime resorts and hotels)

-          Investor: Cam Lam Investment Company Limited

-          Address: Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province.

-          Total value: 467 billion dongs

3)    Package: Hateco Plaza Building, Office and Apartment

-          Investor: Thang Long Hateco Joint Stock Company (HATECO)

-          Address: Dong Da District, Ha Noi city

-          Total value: 215 billion dongs.

4)    Package: Office Building at 198 Tran Quang Khai

-          Investor: Hoang Ngan Trading and Tourism Company Limited

-          Total value: 62 billion dongs.

5)    Package: Hoang Cau Service Trading and Office Complex

-          Investor: Tan Hoang Cau Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Dong Da District, Ha Noi city

-          Total value: 52 billion dongs.
