On March 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Record date: April 06, 2018;

-          Meeting time: Monday, April 23, 2018;

-          Meeting venue: Floor 21^st, Becamex Tower, 230 Binh Duong Boulevard, Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

+ Approving the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;
