On March 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company approved the investment by receiving the shares at Vuon Dao Ha Long Hotel Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Address: Bai Chay ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.

-          Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000.

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 8,490,000 shares (84.9% charter capital of Vuon Dao Ha Long Hotel Joint Stock Company)

-          Transfer value: VND84,900,000,000.

-          Capital contribution method: in cash

-          Owning ratio of TNI at Vuon Dao Ha Long Hotel Joint Stock Company after the capital contribution: 84.9%

-          Time of completing the procedure of transfer: by the end of Quarter 2.2018.
