-        Number of shares after additional listing: 500,063,684 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND5,000,636,840,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: February 07, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
