On January 30, 2018, HOSE issued Decision No.33/QD-SGDHCM to allow FLC AMD Mining and Investment Joint Stock Company (securities code: AMD) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 64,878,394 shares

-        Additional volume: 98,626,480 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND986,264,800,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 163,504,874 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,635,048,740,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: February 01, 2018

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders.
