On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved the signing of transaction agreements with the following companies:

-          Ngoc Ty Store.

-          Nghia Thai Trading Company Limited.

-          Smart Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          VFD Joint Stock Company.

-          Dong Duong Advertisement and Tourism Service Trading Company Limited.

-          Viet Son Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company.

-          Siam Ecological Agriculture Joint Stock Company.

-          Viet Nam ITMS Company Limited.
