TMS: Decision of Tax Inspection

Transimex Corporation announced the decision of Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated February 08, 2018 for the periods: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, as follows:

-          Transimex Corporation must pay to the State budget for tax arrears and administrative penalty and penalty for late payment: 754,476,239 dongs.

-          However, on January 27, 2018, Transimex Corporation paid 338,400,000 dongs of tax to the State budget (before the Taxation Department issued this decision.)
