PTC: BODs Resolution on transfer of shares at CTC

On February 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to divest the whole of shares and transfer of 513,000 shares at Central Post and Telecommunications Construction Joint Stock Company (CTC) with the price of VND18,000/share.
