On February 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company decided to establish a subsidiary, specifically as follows:

-          Company name: Vinpearl Lang Van Joint Stock Company

-          Address: No.07 Truong Sa, Hoa Hai Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang city.

-          Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (VIC contributed 7,181,414 shares, equivalent to VND71,814,140,000 based on par value, made up 71.81% of Vinpearl Lang Van JSC).
