PNJ: PNJ signs agreements with related companies

The Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company approved the signing of commercial agreements with the following companies, which are related to the members of the Board of Directors and the Directorate:

-          Golden Space Corp: signing agreements on interior decoration and furniture for offices in 2018;

-          Golden Mark CPM: signing agreements on consulting and supervising construction works in 2018; 

-          AINOVATION, Inc: signing an agreement on consulting and solutions on digital transformation.

The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Minh as HR Director as from February 17, 2018.
