Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.03 dated February 02, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the business result in 2017:

-          Total revenue other incomes: 358.6 billion dongs (achieved 87.5% plan); of which:

+ Revenue (real-estate):                       275.2 billion dongs

+ Revenue (financial activities):            81.7 billion dongs

+ Other revenues:                                       1.7 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                         122.2 billion dongs

2)    Approving the business plan in 2018:

-          Total revenue other incomes: 690 billion dongs; of which:

+ Revenue (real-estate):                       616 billion dongs

+ Revenue (financial activities):            74 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                         125 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:                            100 billion dongs

-          Dividend:                                     10%/charter capital
