On January 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Tan Cang Logistics and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company approved to sign transaction contracts with related companies, including:

-          Asia Investment and Service Infrastructure Corporation.

-          Dong Nai Newport Logistics Joint Stock Company.

-          Cat Loi - Dong Sai Gon Joint Stock Company.

-          Tan Cang Waterway Transport Joint Stock Company.
