The Board of Directors of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the equitization of TICCO Construction One-Member Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Company: TICCO Construction One-Member Co., Ltd.

-          Charter capital: VND15,000,000,000.

Of which:

• Parent company owns VND10,000,000,000;
• The employees of TICCO Construction One-Member Co., Ltd. owns VND5,000,000,000.

-          Representatives of the parent company (Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company) at TICCO Construction One-Member Co., Ltd.:

• Mr. Truong Bich Huyen manages 45%/the capital owned by the parent company;
• Ms. Le My Phuong manages 45%/the capital owned by the parent company;
• Mr. Tran Van Tien manages 5%/the capital owned by the parent company;
• Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh manages 5%/the capital owned by the parent company.
