REE: Board approves to hold AGM & pay dividend for 2017

Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced Board Resolution No.03/2018 dated January 29, 2018 regarding the annual general meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment as follows:

1)    The record date for the annual general meeting (AGM) and the interim dividend payment for 2017: March 01, 2018

2)    Organizing the annual general meeting for fiscal year 2017:

-          Time: 8:00, March 29, 2018

-          Place: White Palace, 194 Hoang Van Thu, ward 9, Phu Nhuan district, Hochiminh city.

3)    Paying the interim dividend for 2017:

-          Pay-out ratio: 16%/par value (VND1,600/share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Financial resource: the undistributed profit.

-          Payment date: April 27, 2018

4)    Submitting to the general meeting of shareholders about the change of company management structure.
