On January 29, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company issued the Resolution No.2901/2018/NQ-HĐQT about the holding of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, February 12, 2018

-          Meeting venue: Van Tien commune, Yen Bai city, Yen Bai Province.

-          In case the 1st 2018 Annual General Meeting is unsuccessful, the 2nd 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 8:00AM, February 26, 2018.

-          In case the 2nd 2018 Annual General Meeting is unsuccessful, the 3rd 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 8:00AM, March 05, 2018.
