AAA: BODs Resolution on holding 2018 AGM

On January 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company issued the Resolution No.2501/2018/NQ-HĐQT about the holding of 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, February 08, 2018

-          Meeting venue: lot CN11 + CN12, An Dong, Nam Sach town, Nam Sach District, Hai Duong province.

-          In case the 1st 2018 Annual General Meeting is unsuccessful, the 2nd 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 8:00AM, February 23, 2018.

-          In case the 2nd 2018 Annual General Meeting is unsuccessful, the 3rd 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at 8:00AM, March 05, 2018.
