NVL: Decision on contributing an additional capital in Property Management

Based on Decision No.80 dated December 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved to contribute an additional capital of VND118,988,100,000 in Nova Property Management Company Limited. After the capital contribution completes, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation will own VND138,986,100,000, equivalent to 99.99% charter capital of Nova Property Management Company Limited.
