SHI: BODs Resolution on increasing capital for subsidiaries

On December 28, 2017, Son Ha International Corporation decided to increase the charter capital for subsidiaries as follows:

-          Approving to increase capital from 40 billion dongs to 107 billion dongs for Bac Ninh Son Ha Household Appliances Company Limited.

-          Approving to increase capital from 50 billion dongs to 71.5 billion dongs for Son Ha Kitchen Equipment Company Limited.
