NKG: Chairman Ho Minh Quang to buy P&Q

Mr. Ho Minh Quang, Chairman of Board of Directors of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company, who owns 13,440,033 NKG shares (accounting for 10.34%), and P&Q Trading Service Investment Co., Ltd., which owns 18,468,000 NKG shares (accounting for 14.2%), are major shareholders of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company.

Mr. Ho Minh Quang has announced that he will purchase and become the owner of P&Q Trading Service Investment Co., Ltd.. Therefore, after becoming the owner of P&Q Trading Service Investment Co., Ltd., the related shareholder group of Mr. Ho Minh Quang and P&Q Trading Service Investment Co., Ltd. will own 24.54% of Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company.
