On January 19, 2018, Hoa Sen Group announces the purchase of treasury shares from the employees left, specifically as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 3,800 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 50,500 shares

-   Purchase price: 10,000 dongs/share

-   Expected trading period: from February 02, 2018 to March 03, 2018.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
