DQC: Approving the transaction contracts with related companies

Based on the Resolution No.65/NQ-HĐQT dated December 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved the transaction contracts with related companies, including Dien Quang Distribution Joint Stock Company, Dien Quang Service Trading Company Limited, Dien Quang Construction & Investmnet Joint Stock Company, Dien Quang Electronics Company Limited, Dien Quang Hi-Tech Company Limited, Dien Quang Trading & Investment Joint Stock Company.
