LM8: Lilama 18.1 is no longer a subsidiary of LM8

Based on the Resolution No.145/NQ-HĐQT dated December 29, 2017, the Board of Directors of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company approved the Lilama 18.1 is no longer a subsidiary as from December 31, 2017 due to the current capital of LM8 in Lilama 18.1 is VND10,200,000,000, equivalent to 40.96% charter capital of Lilama 18.1 Joint Stock Company.

   Approving the list of representative of stake of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company in Lilama 18.1; including:

-          Mr. Ho Van Toan is the representative holding 20.96% charter capital.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai is the representative holding 20.00% charter capital.
